Dean was a total hero with us too finding us a great home when we moved to Canada from UK. I had no idea how Canadian homes worked and what to look for but he guided me through patiently with a great sense of fun. So blessed to have found him, recommend him to EVERYBODY !!!

Bought a house and sold a house with Dean

On Jan 20, 2017, Dean showed us our dream bungalow in the city where we wanted to return to. After some negotiation with the seller, Dean talked us through our options. We decided we loved the bungalow and took out a condition of sale of our property.

Dean was accurate in saying that our current home would sell and sell quickly. HE WAS RIGHT! My husband and I listed our house for sale on Jan 30, 2017. Twenty-five hours later, we had received 2 competing, firm offers and accepted one. Dean was a calming factor in all of this. He is an excellent negotiator and looks out for his clients first and foremost.  His sound advice, patience and knowledge guided us through the offers. We didn’t realize it would sell for far more than we ever could have hoped.
